These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jitaaca platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and account features. By registering an account or accessing any part of the jitaaca platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jitaaca website, mobile interface, or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the jitaaca platform, including visitors who have not yet registered an account.
jitaaca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with jitaaca's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jitaaca.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The jitaaca platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money casino game on jitaaca. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and that you remain 18 or older throughout your use of the platform.
2.1 Age Verification
jitaaca conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) on all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity before your account is approved for withdrawals:
- National ID card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
- Valid Bangladeshi passport
- Driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
- Birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID
jitaaca reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities or close any account where age or identity verification cannot be completed to jitaaca's satisfaction. Any funds held in an account that is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full and will not be returned.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The jitaaca platform is operated for and made available to players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the platform is lawful in your specific location. jitaaca does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction beyond its operating market. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and jitaaca accepts no liability arising from such access.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals on jitaaca, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals who meet the age and geographic eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these terms.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. You must not impersonate any other person or use false information during the registration process.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jitaaca platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where jitaaca identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds across all accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaaca account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jitaaca will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaaca support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@jitaaca. jitaaca recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.
3.4 Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account accordingly without delay. jitaaca will not be liable for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
jitaaca accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on jitaaca are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jitaaca does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which jitaaca accepts no responsibility.
4.1 Deposit Limits & Processing
The minimum deposit on jitaaca via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your jitaaca wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact jitaaca support with the transaction reference number.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the name on your verified jitaaca account. Third-party withdrawals — where the receiving payment account belongs to a person other than the registered jitaaca account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be declined. jitaaca reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are processed within 3–10 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of peak processing hours, or those that require additional KYC review, may take longer. jitaaca will notify the account holder if a withdrawal is subject to a delay beyond the standard processing window.
4.3 Wagering Requirements on Deposits
Where a deposit is made in conjunction with a bonus offer, the combined deposit and bonus amount may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting into any bonus offer.
4.4 Fraudulent Transactions
Any use of fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods on jitaaca is strictly prohibited. Where jitaaca identifies or reasonably suspects that a fraudulent transaction has been made, jitaaca reserves the right to suspend the associated account immediately, void all balances and winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. jitaaca cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement agencies in relation to suspected fraud.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jitaaca offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin offers, cricket betting cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players aged 18 and above only.
- Each eligible player may claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- jitaaca reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
- Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including by opening duplicate accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in matched betting using jitaaca bonus funds — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
5.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount). Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live dealer games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion's terms.
6. Gameplay & Acceptable Conduct
jitaaca provides access to a library of games and betting markets from certified, internationally recognised providers. All games operate on independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, on real-time physical outcomes observed by independent studio operators. jitaaca does not manipulate game outcomes and does not alter odds or results retroactively.
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitaaca platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in sports betting markets
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction for an unlawful purpose
- Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the jitaaca system without authorisation
- Posting, sharing, or transmitting any offensive, abusive, or defamatory content via any communication channel on the platform
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or a live betting market, jitaaca reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win, jitaaca is not obliged to honour that win and reserves the right to correct the account balance accordingly. jitaaca will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such corrections to affected players in a timely manner.
7. Responsible Gaming Obligations
jitaaca is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. Use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform is strongly encouraged for all players, regardless of whether they consider themselves to be at risk of problem gambling.
7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified jitaaca account holders directly from their account settings, without needing to contact support:
- Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set at any level. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Loss limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits can be set to cap the maximum amount a player can lose within a given period.
- Session time reminders: Automated reminders can be set to alert the player when a specified session duration has been reached.
- Cooling-off periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and gameplay are suspended but the account remains open.
- Self-exclusion: Players may permanently exclude themselves from jitaaca. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period. Contact jitaaca support to initiate a permanent self-exclusion.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
jitaaca reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age or to have provided false age information during registration
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- jitaaca reasonably suspects the account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
- The account holder has opened duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule
- KYC verification documents cannot be verified to jitaaca's satisfaction within a reasonable period
- The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.1 of these terms
- jitaaca is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation
8.1 Balance on Account Closure
Where an account is closed by jitaaca for reasons other than a breach of these terms by the account holder, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure decision, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms or confirmed fraud, jitaaca reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as compensation for losses suffered.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their jitaaca account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jitaaca support via live chat or by emailing support@jitaaca. Before requesting voluntary account closure, players should withdraw any remaining balance. Once a voluntary closure is processed, the account cannot be reopened; former players who wish to return to the platform must complete a new registration, subject to eligibility.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jitaaca will notify the account holder by email prior to applying the dormant account policy. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to accounts with a positive balance after the dormancy threshold has been reached. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account may do so by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC verification.
